	Japanese Gem This new home designed by Nelson Architecture incorporated many different materials and design features. From the Japanese style guest room with bamboo flooring, to the Tasmanian Blackwood veneered kitchen, vaulted ceilings and expansive open plan living areas. This home encompasses a blend of ideas from the clients, encapsulated by the architects to plan and built in constant consultation with both by Risen Developments.
	Burranner Delight Built on the shores of the Hacking this prestige home designed by Arctec Design encapsulated the panoramic views gained by the sloping block of land. Minimalistic design and stark colour use meant attention to detail was critical. The outcome was a delight to behold as the pictures will attest to.
	Roseberry Star Built in the inner suburb of Roseberry this house had block size and access constraints. Designed by Tom Cox this double brick and rendered with concrete slab house blends in with the surrounding styles.
